Fees in Bell Park are governed by four factors:
  1. The time of year determines into which payment bracket(s) your stay will fall. See Table One.
  2. Whether you require a 'powered site', an 'unpowered site' or a 'cabin'. See Table Two.
  3. Whether you are on a daily or weekly rate. Weekly rates apply only if booked at the commencement of your stay. See Table Two.
  4. Guests in excess of two will attract a surcharge. See Table Three.

(1) Refer to the calendar above and select the date of your visit (or the first day of your stay) and note the background colour.

(2) Now look at the table below. You'll see that figures in 'your' colour form two columns headed by 'Daily Rate' and 'Weekly Rate'. Choose which column you require.

(3) Now look at the left hand column of the table and select whichever row is applicable. That will give you your rate for two people.

EXTRA PERSONS POLICY.

The rules affecting the number of people on a site are as follows:-
The fees outlined in Tables 1 and 2 are for one or two people. Extra persons attract a surcharge as stated in Table 3
except for children under the age of 5 years for whom there is no charge.




DEPOSIT REFUND POLICY

Two weeks notice is required to cancel a 'shoulder' or 'off peak' booking and four weeks notice is required to cancel a 'peak season' booking. Where this is complied with the deposit will be refunded less a 20% administration charge. When insufficient notice of cancellation is given, there will be no refund entitlement. However, should management be able to lease the cancelled site for the full period of the original booking, a refund (less 20%) may be given at the manager's discretion.



PARK RULES

You must comply with Council's Local Laws, policies and other statutory legislation together with the following conditions.

  1. All fees must be paid in advance.
  2. Your receipt is valid from 10am on the day of arrival to 10am the following day or day paid thereafter.
  3. Cheques will not be accepted unless prior arrangement has been made with the Manager.
  4. Campsites must be left clean and tidy with all rubbish suitably wrapped and disposed in bins provided.
  5. No dogs/pets are permitted in the park.
  6. Children under the age of 8 years must be accompanied by an adult to the Amenities block.
  7. Only one vehicle allowed in each site.
  8. Parking of boats and trailers will be at the direction of the Park Manager.
  9. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 9 P.M.
  10. A person shall not cut a tree, dig or disturb turf in any way without permission of the Manager.
  11. Stays exceeding 12 weeks require special permission and are conditional.
  12. The speed limit is 10 kilometres per hour.
  13. No open fires are permitted in the Park.
  14. No generators are permitted in the Park.
  15. No responsibility is accepted for caravans and/or vehicles and their contents while they remain in the Caravan Park.
  16. No major repairs are to be undertaken to motor vehicles, caravans, trailers and campervans on the Park grounds.
  17. Hand held watering only permitted during the hours of 9.00 am to 4.00 pm. Boat or car washing; hose fitted with a trigger or twist nozzle or bucket any time.
  18. The only ground cover permitted will be open weave to allow grass to grow. No tarps or mats.
